Once more, many stocks and indexes have reached a state of perfect balance; a major reversal may be at hand. Quite a few stocks have just made new all time highs or 52wk highs. This suggests the bear market may be entering a new phase, one where the rate of decent is significantly greater.

Many stocks and indexes are now in a state where price & time are in perfect balance. We may be seeing a long term top being formed here.
