checking legitimacy of an IPO/reverse merger

Any News? Does anyone know if Lois is in jail? Is she still "working" on a contract? Does anyone know if John Castaldo is in jail or where else he is. Just generally curious if anybody has had any contact with any of them. Would like an update if anyone has one. Cheers

checking legitimacy of an IPO/reverse merger

Just filed a complaint with Florida Office of Financial Regulation. Sent them all my documentation and gave them all names, addresses, and phone numbers. Don't know what will come of it. But it sure felt good!

checking legitimacy of an IPO/reverse merger

I have over 200,000 shares that I'd love to sell, but I can't imagine that anyone would want to buy them. Especially anyone that's participating on this site. Does someone know something I don't know? BTW, funny news about Lois' ankle. I am a firm believer in "what goes around comes...

checking legitimacy of an IPO/reverse merger

I'm sorry... I misread your last. What I just told you about was the original filing, which is very entertaining reading! I don't know if the final settlement is on there. If it was confidential then it wouldn't be.

checking legitimacy of an IPO/reverse merger

You need to go back to the original filing - some time in 2007 maybe? I'm sorry, but I don't remember the exact date. It is multiple pages long, though - like 15-20 or so. That's the way to differentiate it from all the amendments/motions, etc. And, as you saw, there are a lot of them! Good...

checking legitimacy of an IPO/reverse merger

Lawsuit in California The plaintiff's name was Tanas Fasheh. You can go to: https://www.lasuperiorcourt.org/OnlineServices/CivilImages/index.asp and pay $4.75 to do a party name search and then pay another $7.50 to download the original case filing. Believe me it is well worth the $12.25...
