My advice from experience is to steer well clear of managed accounts. I did have three accounts opened each with $20,000. I have since closed all three with a loss of around $6,000 on each account, (my stop loss in effect). If you are serious about FX I would recommend going to Learn Forex...

At the outset I thought I would need to give each company at least six months to allow for any hiccups on the way, but with the proviso that I would close any account that hit my predetermined stop loss. I did perhaps naively think that all three companies would be in profit by now.

Week 22 update Account A Bal. 8677.74. Loss on week of 473.88. Total loss after 22 weeks = 1322.26. not very impressive with only two weeks above the initial deposit of 10k and then for a gain of only 211.31 with the downside a low of 8195.19.

Week 21 update Account A Bal. 9151.62 pounds. Loss on week of 610.43. Total loss after 21 weeks = 848.38.

Week 20 update Account A. Bal. 9762.05 pounds. Loss on week of 208.26. Total loss after 20 weeks = 237.95. What can I say?
