Research is the key. Consistency in profits can only be achieved if you consistently work on exploring the markets. With every twist in the trend, your trading strategy might need a change, so work on that.

Start with gaining the basic knowledge first, various online material is available for that. Once done with that, trade on a demo account first. Do not rush here. Start trading live only when you are confident enough about everything.

European session according to me as well for higher liquidity and lower spreads.

For me there is no fixed routine. On an average, 1-2 hours overall daily.

Don’t hurry with that, take some time. Till you do not understand every basic thing there and do not get consistent profits, don’t start live, cos here you have to handle stress as well. So first just be confident about your strategizing power and then start live.

I prefer to trade forex. This market is larger than both the other markets and the scope of earnings is also higher. Yes, there is a lot of risk attached, but I can trade out of 24 hours a day and the liquidity levels are also way high. So yes, forex is my pick.
