The only way you can get the price you want with SLM is with pending orders, going in or out 'at market' always gets requoted or slipped. I think you miss the point Jaroon, Just because your strategy doesnt depend on the accuracy and speed of execution, doesnt mean that you shouldn't expect it.

your losing money if the trade goes without you...... If ETX would match SLM spreads i'd be back to them in a flash, never had any problems getting filled with them. But costs is costs, ECN is starting to look like the way forward, even with the tax implications.

Not yet, most instant execution trades last week were not filled on first attempt, have stopped trying to instant enter and have been placing pending orders instead. useless.

If your going for instant execution or are scalping, dont bother with SLM, they arent even that good for swing trading as even pending orders get slipped but are a bit more reliable on the fill price. at least you get filled, most of the time when trying to enter a position i get at least one...

I've had a live account running for the last week with SLM and so far there seems to be no difference between this and the demo, very good indeed if this is what we can expect as the norm!

Would love to be trading with prospreads, but the platform is a fairly complicated affair and their charts are unstable, though apparently this is remedied by using their data feed in Esignal. Just gone live with SLM as it doesnt get much simpler than MT4, combine that with the luktom visual...
