I think the article is really good. He is simply saying, "learn by my mistakes". In effect he is agreeing with you, saying that it was a major effort to flip 3 full times and that he wishes he had done it differently. He is not advocating doing 3 full times. Maybe read it again.

Im new to trading, so this has been a great help. Great article - i have been scratching my head around what to trade and how the heck im going to do it! i was leaning towards Forex as it allows for a more flexible timeline to trade. I feel a bit lighter now.
