Well, well, well. Seems Ole over at Profit Max Review, who has been very very active going after Senen, was the head developer of the Quant software they were selling. Small world. What a tangled web we weave.

He is out a couple k so he never invested just bought into the site.

This news story reports that Senen owns IB cap which Dillard says is in error. So I am seeking the actual suit. Getting closer, will keep you posted.

I doubt Dillard will go to jail. He has enough money to be able to hire the best attorneys. He was taken in by Senen too, poor Mikey. He didn't know. And when he did he went streight to the authorities and told them everything. See it aint his fault. He's a good boy.

I'll bet he closed the posting on his site so he could take some time off. Wouldn't want to leave the site unintended without his ability to sensor.

We are a long, long way from getting any money back. I doubt we will ever really get anything at all. Mike is t rying to make it look good but the chance of a recovery is slim.

Thanks...great info! I saw someone stated on the EVG Facebook page that the attny Mike hired was to protect him and Mike responded that they were hired to find out the truth. So much for that bit of spin!

That letter clearly states they represent the Elevation group. Looks like what they are doing is trying to protect Mike and the EG. But what did we expect?
