At the moment I am paper trading and going live monday. I trade very short time frames from 1 minute to 5 minutes and sometimes a few hours. Over 19 trading days I have done 1500 pips in profit
I usually find the quick time frames suit me as I don't want to be glued to the screen all day.
Thanks for the reply coinmountain. On demo trading I find £20 per pip fine and agree with not being greedy. WhaT sort of capital backup do you use for you account. Would £10000 be enough
I am about to start trading full time later this month, having taken early retirement to achieve my ambition.

i am in e-trade uk and have changed to simplystockbroking. i set the account up before the change over to see if it was ok to use, as the name implies it is very simple to use.
