Traded stocks during the crazy internet/techie bubble late 90s early 2000s made a few quid. Decided I should be an investor, since my serving in the Army made trading difficult time wise.... a really pants idea, I am not suited to buy and hold.
Retired from the Army after 23 years and retrained as a gas engineer, again a pants idea, I can do the job ok, but my heart is not in it 100% I have always been fascinated by trading and should have used my resettlement time to enter the arena, making up for that now by learning everything I can about Forex.
I prefer to close all trades daily, whilst many will say that is rather short sighted, it keeps my blood pressure down after bed time.
Short term aims: get the hang of trading forex profitably, consistently
Build my bankroll
Get fit after a recent heart op
Long term aims: Pay the mortgage off
Help the kids pay their Uni loans
Trade full time
