I am trading with fxview, they are cysec regulated. Like their trading conditions, you can check too if looking for low comm and tight spreads.

Beginners should always be careful about knowing all the basics first and then giving it a try here. Many of them directly start trading without the much needed research and learning, which is wrong. If the basic know-how is what a beginner lacks in, forex would become too difficult for him/her.

Have tried ICM, can recommend the same, but commissions are a bit high if you are considering it for scalping. Can't say about FP or GlobalP, though have heard a lot of people recommending them now a days. If you are open to any other option then, Tickmill or fxview can also be an good option...
