What firms are offering more than one month commodity contracts? My current broker has 2 months for oil (and decent 0.1% spread), but just 1 month for others. It just sucks to pay 0.5% to 1% spread for contract which expires in few days. You can't make money that way, but broker certainly can...

What if I open EUR account, and trade USD futures, like corn? Is there a fee (or bid-ask spread) every time currency needs to be converted?
