How do you change the moving average to 500 and to 50 - is that the PerAvr setting in the indicator?

Okay, could somebody please tell me a MT4 broker that allows indexes and gold/silver charts. Apparently none of the US mt4 brokers allow that. Perhaps I could get a demo account and use it - one in the UK? And I am googling to find this, but no luck so far.

Apparently IBFX doesn't offer any indices. Guess I'm out of luck.

I guess this is a really stupid question, but I have an MT4 account (live) with IBFX and cannot seem to figure out how to load a US30 chart? Any help? Also my demo account with FXCM doesn't show US30 either??
