FTSE finding it difficult to follow the DOW up today. I guess there must be an expectation that the DOW will not keep its gains. Having said that it is still BP causing the damage.

BP -8 holding it back. Banks strong, even VOD is up.

FTSE easing back to 4300. Testing this from above? Do you think we might have genuine breakout here.
