Thanks Sharky - I'd like to use my broker for help, but so far I've found Datek's 'canned response' customer service to be pretty rotten, and have almost given up on them

I recently received the form 1042-S from Datek, and don't have a clue what to do with it. Could someone help? I've made a loss this year if that helps!
