    The Euro and £ has shot up since the US data was released making investment in USA companies cheap for Europeans so I think it will continue to rise for the next hour but when the Euro markets close will we see the sell off?? I still don't understand why the dollar has weakened after this...

    Its been one of those annoying afternoons. I wait for the data to be released so as not to get stung by swings....enter my trades and make £1500 on S&P £450 on DOW but I'm losing £2000 on the euro!!! SO 50 quid down at the moment. I am hoping the dollar stregthens quicker than the indicies...

    Done well on equities post report but £ and Euro going the wrong way!!! Can anyone explain why after a small spike the dollar has weakened on this data. Do we think there will be a reversal in 10 minutes when the yanks arrive at work?
