Moneybookers is useful to send and receive payments from countries where PayPal does not operate. also,quite a few vendors and brokers do not offer PayPal but do offer Moneybookers. I use Moneybookers quite regularly. they seem fine to me.

I also receive money through PayPal. I have had no problems, just the occasional "For security reasons, we are reviewing your withdrawal request". This normally takes about 24 hours. But the funny thing is, although they normally take 3 to 5 working days before the money arrives in your bank...

PayPal is definitely the best & I have used it for years. But Moneybookers is very useful as well.
