Traded index options over the telephone and had a pager to give me prices back in 'the old' days. Traded, Forex, gold, oil and copper online - made and lost too much! Recently been specialising in trading oil and now I trade oil, gold and Dow futures long term from the daily charts.

Mostly given up on Forex because there is too much sideways movement, too many robots and that's where most people lose money!
