At morning i bought at 528.5 i get stopped at 518.5 and the low was 517.5 !! now 572 ... what is this ?!

poo happens mate, did the same in III.l , long at 188 stopped at 184, now 212

Damm sh*t happends, and it will happen a lot more.
Its the nature of this business M8

Err I take it was a SB ?
Are you sure the SB prices were true when you got stopped ?
SB firms have a habbit of scuring there quotes when stops are close.

yeah it is SB but i checked bloomberg and the low is 518 , SB add 0.1% to each side so yeah it is fair quote !

Seen XTA now!!!

Same with CKSN they announced a rights issue at 10pnow up 20% at £1...madness!

Been following XTA for a while now played with it, but looking long term on this one really. Bought on 2/2/09 but sold too soon on rise for a small profit and watched them continue to rise. But not put off I bought again on 4/2/09 when I spotted a small cup and saucer. Held fast this time and am still enjoying the ride. I think the rights issue is going to a have a clause that will guard against short selling so one to maybe watchout for when it comes.

I too have been watching XTA... I am not quite convinced there is much upside above 480.00 near term...

Longer term ... the stock looks oversold in relation to the sector.. thing is I reckon that the volatility on this is going continue for some time on this...

Might be worth a Call at around a strike of 550.00 p by the end of the year (i would wait and see where we go if it cant break out of the current resistance though)

good luck.... :-0

Be aware of all this bid talk again in RIO, this may give the whole sector a push at some point
