Ouch, sympathy.

I tried trading by hand again, for which I'm blaming my fever. Need to stop doing this long enough to patch my account together in time to actually get my auto-trader live later in the year. That's my screwup for the week, anyway.

Well I'm back at it. Disappointed it's taken me so long but at least I've got some idea of how personal problems can affect me with regards to trading and can make allowances for it.

It was my birthday on Monday so I've put the money I received in a new savings account that I'll add to while I continue to develop my trading plan.

Today I'm going to start the move to using excel 2007. As mentioned previously in this thread that will allow me to work with OHLC data from timeframes shorter than the daily data I've been using so far. My hope is that using a shorter timeframe will help finetune my entries/exits.

First step is simply to recreate my work in excel 2007 in a much more efficient manner to make working with large amounts of data more practical.
