Hi, I live in the USA and have traded FOREX for a few years with my own money. I am interested in opening an investment company (trading the FOREX market) and was wondering if anyone from the USA knew the proper steps to do that? I have heard I need to register as an Investment Advisor, Pass the Series 3, and then register with the NFA? My broker is in Switzerland but I will be trading money for USA clients. Any ideas or reccomendations? Thank you.
