Upshares Downshares

I'm new to this so please be gentle...

I need to simply list the top 20 upshares and top 20 downshares of the day for the FTSE 100 on a Web Page. Can someone recommend a provider that I can interface with to obtain this information. I'm no techie so it needs to be easy
