Uploading files - site problems?

Been trying to upload .mp3 files all within uploading limit but get this message:

"Connection Interrupted
The document contains no data.
the network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."

Is it me or the site? (not had problems previously)

I had trouble uploading images last night. Have been uploading spreadsheets without trouble today though.
