Not sure if this is new or I'm late to the party but in the same realm as youtube there is www.peekvid.com which is purely films, tv shows old and new and varying cartoons.
Like youtube its usually split into 10 minute intervals but definitely handy when theres nothing on the tele (99% of the time) and the markets are slow!
