Hi!
I already submitted this one under "hardware" but i think that this is the right thread for my question.

I am new in this forum and i hope you can help me.
I am planning to move to thailand to live with my girlfriend.
I want to quit my job and create an income by daytrading.
i am working as a broker, so it´s not completely new to me, but due to restrictions of my company I wasn´t able to try it before.

the problem is, I am not a pro about technical requirements and so on.
i want to trade via interactive brokers.
So I googled for some informations about the internet speed in thailand.
I got the information, that the fastest one is an 2 mbit SDSL.
i don´t really know but to me it sounds very slow...
do you think it is not really fast but still enough or should I better think about another job?

so I don´t have any experience (ok, I know the faster the better) how fast my line should be in the minimum. what do you think?
and if you think it is definitely to slow, do you have any idea if it is possible to upgrade somehow?

thank you very much.
