MSN messenger error

Dont know if this is the place, but.........

This morning has been quite weird.
No T2W. VERY slow internet. Even Google was taking ages to do search.
I got latest AV update. Ran it.
Then ran AntiSpyware. Twice. Just to be sure.
Deleted Internet cookies, and temp-files, and history.
Re-booted.

But I still cant download MSN Messenger v6.2.
Keep getting "Server Error in '/' Application." Is this me, or anyone ?

I am seriously concerned about my PC.
help.

have finally downloaded Messenger 6.2.

first I got "contact list unavailable".
Now cant log on as "service is unavailable. Please try again later".

So it is MS, not us.

Shall we have a whip-round to help that cash-strapped Mr Gates get a bigger server ?

The MSN Messenger Service is experiencing worldwide sporadic problems this weekend. Ranging from contact lists not being available, to service outages, the problems have worsened today with many unable to sign on at all.

Some users are still connected but many have been forced off the Messenger Service. MSN's status page which provides updates to customers about any service problems is currently experiencing "Server is too busy" errors and ASP errors.

We are awaiting a response on these issues from Microsoft; it is not known exactly what is causing the problems. Previously, human error has triggered large outages on the popular chat network.

you just have to change your password and you will be able to sign in ........ you can change your password by using hotmail option personal and then change password
