MCI Star Trader

I have seen ST, and IMO it is FAR from anything special. TS2000i is much more sophisticated & much more customisable. Yet you dont/didn't get omega research trying to flog that via cold call, and images of yachts etc in glossy brochures!

I remember reading (on motleyfool.co.uk or similar) about someone who had bought Star Trader, they were really dissappointed with the misinformation/lies of the sales people etc. etc. the trade results etc. etc. They demanded in writing, a refund after one year of disappointments.

They told MCI that if they didn't give them the refund, they would expose their frauds across the web, report them to every organisation etc. etc.
MCI would not budge, and refused to give a refund after the 1st handful of emails.

The dissapointed customer continued to demand a refund, and in their emails continued to make it clear that they were no mug, and had collected substantial dirt/evidence to support their dis-satisfaction.

MCI then offered the client a limited time offer of a partial refund on Star Trader. The client continued to make it crystal clear that they were in no mood for comprimise, and only a full refund would suffice.

MCI then agreed to pay a full refund, making the client sign a legally binding confidentiality agreement stating that they would not tell anyone about this agreement.

So it does sound possible to get money back of these crooks.
