Made a FOREX system

have written my first automated system to trade FOREX..

here are 3months of back testing...

and yes i know back testing isn't bla bla bla

this is the results of the major currencies (minus cabble which is a total dissaster and wouldnt even us it on)

$354000 profit on a theoretical $500,000 acount which = 70.8% total return or 23.6% return per month.

what you all think of the figures

Well, the problem is back testing isn't blah blah blah.

And candles might be fully formed in your client side app which could have an effect on the analysis of possible entries and exits. Forward test on a demo account.

i would very much doubt it unless every market out there became completely range bound for ever more!

you need more trades, a maximum of 11 trades per currency isn´t really to be called a backtest. after 100 - 500 trades you will know more.

unfortunately thats all the data there is on the system i wrote it on..hopefully can find some more data! anyway need to forward test it not back test it..who wants to be a guinea pig haha
