It is based on stocks that have been in the S&P 500.
It's quite a useful training tool in that it focuses you to look at price and volume instead of relying on a multitude of indicators.
But, it does suffer from a few disadvantages not least the inability to short!
Your goal is to beat a buy and hold investor.
