does anyone know how I could trade the ABX indices? i have been looking into it for a while but have no luck so far! not sure if it can even be traded PA but want to find out.

There are many theories about Options pricing and different equations to value them...if you do not believe me, just order Hull's book on Options and then relise that this is a STARTER book for students.

In reality it is far less important, because 99% of the world uses BS or a close variation thereof...or in other words everyone has agreed on a common way/language to describe an option and its valuations/Greeks by using BS... as long you use the same language and calculations you will know as much as anyone else.
