How to trade the RTS MOSCOW?

Anyone know how you can trade this crazy little market, with a ladder. Just phoned TT and they haven't got access. Wonder if anyone knows if you can get size off, because if you can, it'd be a great market - near the same value as the SPOOS, but TWICE as volatile.

I have a feelign you need to trade via their own proprietary front end but I could be wrong. I'm not an equities trader.....
