How to hoard, thinly traded stocks?

I would like to hear, which kind of strategies you are using accumulating large positions thinly traded stock.

I already know, hidden/iceberg order-type where i can put larger orders to the market and simultauneusly displaying only small part of the total order to public.

Is there any better stategies / order typers, to buy some of those thinly traded deep value stocks, without moving market too much.

I'm using Interactive Brokers.
