Most adminstrations in most countries are either inept or corrupt or both, and most administrations have rather more negative qualities to add to that.

The British government under Blair was corrupt and arguably inept from an economic point of view.

I have selected George because he is funny, he looks like an ape and has by far the highest profile.

I wish him all the worst in life on his departure from 8 years in office which have truly set a world record in terms of the aggregate sum total negative effect of ineptness, greed, coruption, stupidity, whatever on America and the rest of the world.

The Italians pale by comparison, they do not look like monkeys and are not nearly as funny peculiar as Basil Bush.
