In forex you can’t earn until you take risk of loosing money. Remember there is no such risk of loosing money but in may happen sometimes if you are really unfortunate. But loosing is a part of forex you can’t ignore it. and initially you can’t expect a miracle each expert forex trader has loosen some or the other time.

How much can I afford to lose on this trade?
Is the risk worth the potential reward?
OR
The toe in the water approach is worth trying too.
Keep dipping in with small amounts until the temperature is just right then dive in and enjoy the swim.
