A couple of recent posts have highlighted the problem of “missing” data or similar, particularly from consolidated providers such as Yahoo.
I find that it’s always helpful to check if you think you’re missing some data from a series for whatever reason: it’s often useful to just to check and see if there’s been a national holiday on the day or days that you feel missing data for.
Obviously, the exchanges themselves are definitive source of trading days and times.
