Has anyone an explanation for the CAC 40 volume or heard anything about this? Pretty sure it's been quite constant over the last 2 years relative to the Dax of about 60-75% of Dax volume (excluding roll period). A few really big volume days there and I'm not talking about when Soc Gen were leaving the market.
