Do employers in banking and finance sectors value British Red cross internship? It lasts about 2 months and its a volunteering position. Would it helps me to pursue a career in trading?

A balanced CV is always good.
You can bring it up in the interview rounds. i.e. how do you value money, what you can bring to job, what do you do in your spare time,etc......
