Using the System Development Kit (SDK) provided by Worden Brothers for Telechart 2000 and TCNET, TC-Companion (TCC) was written in Microsoft Visual Basic for Window-based platforms. TCC allows users to write PCFs (as created in Telechart 2005 or with additional TCC unique extension) to build and test specific trading strategies using the historical trading data provided by Telechart 2005. The results of the Backtest are calculated and presented in either Excel or Comma Delimited (csv) format.
