I have an ADSL from Virgin Broadband downloading speed range from 60kb(byte) to 100kb. My laptop has a 1.8GHz Pentium Centrino and 512Mb RAM.

I wish! But the problem is that when I enter a trade, it takes 3 mins to process which resulted in entering price being a lot worse than I expected; All due to the delay!!! Is it my laptop or internet speed?
