Thks, 18k. Downside is they're in Kingston and require a 4 yr contract. Do you know if this sort of commitment is common and also is it legal to tie you in for this long?

Is it common for arcades to tie you into long term contracts whereby you cannot move to another arcade. Or is this something that should not even be considered??

I have interviewed for trainee trader roles at several trading arcades (Candlestick Trading, FCT & Zen Futures), only Zen offered a starting salary which was pretty low. Does anyone know of any other agencies that take on junior traders and pay a salary? Thanks for the advice......... :D...
