You lot are too critical. You should investigate properly. Rob has an excellent forum with a lot more advice and commonsense than you get from most other places.

As a novice looking to trade can anyone recommend any reasonably priced books or courses that can give me the right start. I was thinking of trading options and spread betting.(Is this the right way to start?) Thanks

Anyone tried the courses from FTS down in cornwall. If so , what do you think?.

I wasted nearly a hundred quid as well. The members web site seems to have disappeared also.

I bought CT a few weeks ago and paper trading on the Ftse100 and a handful of stocks, M&S,BT, etc I have managed 5 profitable trades and 2 losing trades showing a profit of 144 points so far. I'm pretty much a novice as yet and tend to close the trade as soon as I see a profit.
