Marex sent me a letter saying that if I defamed them in any forum they would take legal action against me. I honestly believe that simply publishing that letter and letting people see the menacing nature of it would hurt them more than any of my opinions.

A company can't act like they have and get away with it. Starting a thread like this and taking legal action is entirely necessary and not even time consuming.
