change your text (ascii) files headers and Date format according to MS downloader readable ascii. e.g. <DATE> <OPEN> <HIGH> <LOW> <CLOSE> <VOLUME> Date format should be <MM/DD/YYYY>.

Its actually emerged from windows registry and u can't rectify it. So, you must format your pc and install MS again. Don't use old data.
