Sumar, If you have many symbols all open at once in tradestation when you launch then i believe there is a concurrent request issue in IB. You can only request x number of symbols at a time. may be wrong but the issue sounds like something I dealt with before.

Kechito, Try to clear your TradeStation cache. Locate TRADESTATION > PROGRAM > CACHE And delete the contents of that folder.. That may help?

It sometimes can happen due to data cache. Try clearing your TradeStation cache and reloading the chart.
