Thanks for your input guy's I trade exclusively the FTSE and rely heavily on technical analysis, so it seems that I would be well catered for with ShareScope. I have yet to try out their demo. I will try and make some time this week

Thanks Tom I have just received their intro pack to have a look at. It seems that the Plus package would suit my trading. I may possibly run it next to metastock and see how I get on Thanks mate

I think it may have changed in recent years from what I have read. anybody care to comment on the current version. What are you using at the moment Phantom?

Been using Metastock for a number of years now, but find that getting help from them is a bit scratchy and at times nobody has come back to me at all, so I am not sure I will be upgrading. Anybody used both systems and what are your views?

You are right there We had great sailing last year, This year has seen a lot of cold wet passages...swings and roundabouts I guess. its still nice to drop the anchor and open a bottle of wine after a long hard slog :rolleyes:

From the metastock thread John I understand where you are coming from, owning a boat these days is not a cheap option, but We both love sailing and most of our friemds are sailors so we live with it

HI John I sail a Sadler 34 sloop which I own and sail from the walton backwaters with my wife. we have been sailing for many years, it is almost our second home. What are you sailing?
