I opened the 0.6 when my balance was at 1300. Later on i lost trades which endet in my balance being only 45 but the 0.6 lot position was still there with a margin requirement of 166 Dollars. Yes i lost only 35 but where did the 166 go to?! Should i have now 10 or 177 Dollars balance. Who is...

Never had such a situation and i'm puzzled about my brokers decision. Hope someone can shed light into this. And i know my trading was ****, just wanted play around with a small account. that's all. My Balance was 1300 Dollars and i opened Positions 0.6 Lot with Margin requirement of 166...

Just called Mastercard and forced a cancellation of my last payment. Since the money is still on my bankaccount i won't give it up that easily. Mastercard agreed, i only need to proof that Alpari can no longer hold it's end of the bargain. Ergo that they no longer can offer me their services for...

All you can do on the Alpari site now is read the ****ing message. Phone numbers etc all removed. Contact and withdrawl impossible at the moment.

What do you guys think... how long it'll take till we get our money back?

Same here, all my Trades been closed. Tryed to withdraw my money but they already blocked the feature in Metatrader and on the webpage.....:mad: Time for a new Broker, any suggestions?
