Looking at the Daily chart, seems like the rebound from yesterday starts the formation of a continuation bear H&S. I would speculate 5500's, before travelling down to the 4000's, to form the right shoudler. Though we need confirmation.

A newday, and we get hit with UK unemployment rates on the rise, plus the weakening sterling. The FTSE100 has closed down 3 days in a row, and the Dow has broke through 11000 from last day. Not the best of times for the markets, but then again, who can predict it? Some significant resistance...

I feel the same way. What's the incentive to set a +/- 14 ? Why not 20? Why not 100? Surely, those with more utility can afford more. Has the OP disappeared, or has he just not bothered to come back and reply?

Personally, I don't trade the Mini Dow. So results vary. When I scalp the FTSE100, I normally do 5 mins charts. It's not too quick, and not too dreaded. Just perfect for my strategy, and indicators.

I reckon oil prices are overpriced at the moment, and could start declining sharply within these few weeks. You'd obviously get rallies on certain days, but i think someone or a bunch of people will start to realise it's overvaluation and start shorting heavily, busting out investor's positions...

You got it right. I basically applied to a Graduate scheme named Sales and Trading, and it could be anything ranging from equity derivatives to fixed income. Loan trading were the first ones to get back to me offering me an interview. Thanks for the info everyone!
