If i have lets say 20,000 cash for a 10% deposit, but i am not working and my credit is quite poor... will a bank still give me the remainder 90% money to get the mortgage? i just thought of this the other day as i am not too sure... but i kind of have a feeling what the answers will be...

i am experiencing the same problem with cmcmarkets can cmcmarkets or any spread betting company speak directly to your bank about any particular issue? is that allowed? what about privacy and confidentiality etc..?

im not gonna tell them i am going to make a formal complaint with.through them... becoz then they will just take it down and say "yep, yep, yep, ok ok... we'll handle this" then nothing will get done... i will just say if i dont receive a chaps payment of £3,000 i will be taking this further...

i called again today and she said "the payment has been sent, we have had confirmation from the finance department that it has been sent." she said "your bank must be holding the payment"... (can someone shed some light on me as to why a company will be witholding funds from sending it to...

how does margin work exactly? when i place a trade it says how much margin i need for it to place that trade, what is the margin a reserve/deposit? and how do you use leverage in spread betting?
