On a good trade (one that goes through) - how long does it normally take to get a response? ~1 second.... a few seconds? ....and how long for one that gets this bad response?

Do you experience trade rejections on their demo system or any other trading system (live or demo) not run by this company? do you suffer any other internet problems? do you experience same problems on a different computer? when it rejects the trade what does it actually say?

Spread on the Dow is good, no requotes even in a busy market, but mainly trade FX nowadays during early asian session but am moving away on to MT4 now.

Yes Simon, I totally agree. Wild sweeping comments like this are clearly incorrect, and just shows ignorance. There is no reason for any company to hold back charting prices, and most, given the delay from the exchange, through to the price engine and up to the charts probably max out the delay...

Hi Mike, I see you are a developer. Best option is to try a few platforms and use a tool to sniff data off of the wire. HTTP Fiddler is good for this with regards to using with charting software. If you need to look a bit further into protocols you can try wireshark/winpcap and Fiddler Core...
