It would not be prudent of me to post any particulars of the case, suffice it to say that Optiver's allegations have no basis in fact, and we are confident the outcome of the case will reflect this. So, yes it is safe to work for Tibra! Put it this way - the risk of some of our competitors...

I think I should have been more explicit - we are always interested in hiring experienced market makers. At a guess, you sound like a Technical Analysis trader in equities, which is as far removed from derivatives market making as you can get - I doubt that your experience in TA would transfer...
