I think the Cap'n specifies 7am-4pm in his good book, but I'd be interested to hear what he says on this because elsewhere, I have been advised 7-11am, 1.30-4pm and 7-9.30pm (all UK time which is currently GMT+1) As always, be wary of news, etc ;-) Andy ... ?
